Status Definitions:
"Active with Update Pending" -- The active CET will have a change to the Critical Entry Time starting on the Effective Date listed.
"Active with Deactivation Pending" -- The active CET will be deactivated on the Effective Date listed.
"Pending Activation" -- The new CET will become active starting on the Effective Date listed.
